Ingredients
5 heaping cups seedless watermelon, cubed (½ – 1-inch)
2 heaping cups strawberries, sliced
1½ cups blueberries
1½ cups raspberries
½ cup fresh mint, thinly sliced
¼ cup pure honey
2 tbsp fresh lime juice (1 lime)
Instructions
1. Place all the prepped ingredients into a large bowl.
2. Gently toss to distribute the ingredients (be careful not to break the raspberries).
3. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least an hour.
4. Serve cold for best flavor.
Notes
You can swap mint for basil if preferred.
Chill the bowl before serving to keep the salad extra cold.
