Ingredients
1½ cups vanilla ice cream
1 tbsp strawberry syrup or strawberry jam
2 tbsp sweetened condensed milk (optional)
Splash of milk or whipped topping (optional)
½ tsp vanilla extract (optional)
Instructions
1. Blend vanilla ice cream and strawberry syrup until smooth.
2. For swirl effect, blend vanilla and strawberry mixtures separately.
3. Layer the two mixtures in a glass for a marble effect.
4. Swirl with a straw or skewer for visual texture.
5. Top with whipped cream and fresh strawberries, then serve.
Notes
Use chilled glasses to maintain texture.
Homemade strawberry jam can replace syrup for stronger flavor.
Freeze in jars up to 1 month and re-blend before serving.
