1/2 cup Whole Milk

1/41/2 tsp Pure Peppermint Extract

2 tbsp Chocolate Syrup

810 Thin Mint Cookies, crushed

Green Food Coloring (optional)

Instructions

1. Crush Thin Mint cookies roughly and set aside.

2. Blend vanilla ice cream, milk, peppermint extract, and chocolate syrup until smooth.

3. Add crushed cookies and pulse to combine.

4. Add green food coloring if desired, pulse again.

5. Pour into chilled glasses.

6. Garnish with extra cookie pieces and serve.

Notes

Start with less peppermint extract and add to taste.

Freeze serving glasses for best results.

Substitute with dairy-free ice cream and almond milk if needed.
