Instructions
- Add the cottage cheese to a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth and creamy (about 30–45 seconds).
- Add the peanut butter and honey (if using) to the blended cottage cheese. Blend again until fully combined.
- Spoon the mousse into a serving dish or glass.
- Optional: Chill in the refrigerator for 15–30 minutes for an extra refreshing texture.
- Top with crushed peanuts before serving, and enjoy!
Notes
- For an even silkier texture, strain the cottage cheese through a fine mesh sieve before blending.
- To make it sweeter, add extra honey, maple syrup, or a dash of vanilla extract.
- For a vegan version, use almond milk ricotta and swap honey for agave syrup.
