Red White and Blue Fudge – Easy 3-Layer Recipe for July 4th

This colorful red white and blue fudge is a festive no-bake dessert perfect for July 4th and summer parties.

Ingredients

Scale

bags (11 oz bag) white chocolate chips

cans (14 oz cans) condensed milk

3 tablespoons salted butter, softened

6 tablespoons white cake mix (heat treated)

Red and blue gel food coloring

½ cup red, white, and blue sprinkles

Instructions

1. Prepare an 8×8 pan with parchment paper.

2. In a saucepan over low heat, melt ⅓ of the chocolate chips, condensed milk, and butter.

3. Remove from heat, add 2 tbsp of cake mix, stir until smooth.

4. Add red food coloring and mix until vibrant.

5. Pour into pan, allow to slightly firm.

6. Repeat process without coloring for the white layer.

7. Add blue food coloring to final portion and repeat.

8. Pour over white layer, top with sprinkles.

9. Refrigerate overnight.

10. Remove, cut into 12 squares and serve.

Notes

Use gel coloring for bold shades.

Allow each layer to cool slightly to prevent color bleeding.
